Return and Refund Policy

All services provided by Pro Mates Services (“PMS”) are delivered under a minimum six (6) month recurring service agreement, unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients acknowledge that PMS reserves staff, equipment, and operational capacity specifically for their location, and therefore services are billed based on reserved service time rather than individual visits. Cancellations, denied access, or early termination do not eliminate payment obligations. Early termination prior to completion of the contract term requires written notice and may be subject to a termination fee equal to one month of service or the remaining balance of the contract, whichever is less. Payments are due in advance according to the agreed billing schedule, and late or unpaid balances may result in service suspension or contract enforcement. PMS is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, unsecured items, or damage caused by normal wear, facility defects, or client-provided materials. PMS may perform services using trained employees or subcontractors in accordance with company standards and commercial cleaning regulations.
